What does Sale Pending mean?
A sale pending means a client has expressed an interest in ordering the piece, but has not made an initial deposit to consummate the order.
We may place an item pending for up to 5 days awaiting any of the following:
1) Final approval of specifications and clarifications of shape, size, tone.
2) Receipt of a deposit that is in the mail .
3) OR sometimes, final approval of a clients spouse or in the case of a decorator, their client.
Please feel free to check on the status of an item that is tagged sale pending . It is quite possible it is available or may be soon. It is also possible that I have other very simila pieces and have just not got photographs to the web site. We have a LOT of pieces located at several of my gathering and storage areas along the creeks.
