In designing this Hutch (above), I incorporated many of the natural beauties I had discovered over the years. Including;
Spalted Oak frames for the hutch door faces. The edges of which undulate naturally and are the natural edge of the branches hewn from.
Natural branch door and drawer pulls.
Accent colors of the crimsen colored "Honey Locust" wood. A rare and beautiful ! wood. Located as inserts in the lower doors. Also, in the serving table (photo below).
Solid Oak throughout the rest of the piece. Spectacular wood grain of this special Kansas Burr Oak that I have been fortunate to be living next to. (of the White Oak family).

The set is 14 pieces - Dining table & ten chairs, Hutch, Serving table, and Lazy Susan for the dining table.
The wood is figured and spalted Burr Oak and honey locust
