Stump tables in stages of progress
This photo reveals the beautiful wood patterns of this type of cut. The edging irregularities of this type of cut (root stump cut) are always undulating and rounded patterns. ALL of these types of cuts (root stump) are fascinating and mezmurizing to view.
PS: That's one of my pretty daughters doing the detailing work.
Another plain stump cut. In the background you can see a second, matching stump. Both pieces will provide support for a 9 foot long, 4 foot wide, rectangular glass top.
A close view of yet another pretty top of what I call a "plain" stump (no roots). This one of a White Oak tree finished with a satin urethane.
My daughter, Hannah, helps me prepare this rootball for it's trip to Colorado mounatin home.

Set of twin stumps in the shoppe ready to receive final finishes.
